We review all orders before accepting and will confirm if your item or material is compatible with our equipment.

Customer-provided items (BYO) are engraved at your own risk — please check with us before placing an order.

Every order includes a digital proof for your approval. Engraving begins only after you’ve signed off on the proof.

Production typically takes 5–7 business days from proof approval (rush service available).

All custom sales are final once approved, except in the rare case of a clear defect.

Final engraved appearance may vary slightly based on each material’s finish and character.
